This album is so amazing, reminds me of old alkaline trio. Raw and full of passion. I listened to them on a whim and haven’t stopped since. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
This is another band I listened to on a whim and ended up loving the album. Very catchy tunes, with lyrics that will be stuck in your head for days.

Mistfits newest album. Not quite like old Misfits or older Misfits, but a good listen regardless. The album art is amazing which is an added bonus.
New Found Glorys newest album. Second solid record from these guys in a row. Filled to the brim with pop punk sing along gems.

Chicago!
On Saturday my lady and I headed to Chicago to see Dan Andriano of Alkaline Trio play a solo show as the Emergency Room with Dave Hause of the Loved Ones and the band Elway from Colorado. Before the show we stopped to eat at my all time favorite restaurant.
His and hers vegan shakes. Chocolate chip cookie dough on the left, mint chocolate on the right.

Sons
I just finished season 3 and all I can say is wow. The season finale was one of the best of any show that I can remember. I am beyond excited to see where season 4 takes the sons.
